If your computer won't turn on, first check the following:
- Check power connection: Make sure the power cable is properly connected to both the computer and the outlet.
- Check power supply: For desktop computers, make sure the on/off switch on the back of the power supply is on.
- Check battery status: If you're using a laptop, try removing the battery and running it only with the adapter.
- Check display connection: For desktop computers, make sure the monitor cable is properly connected.
- Check RAM and hardware connections: Make sure the RAM and other components inside the computer are properly installed.
If it still doesn't turn on after these checks, there is probably a hardware failure and you need to contact technical service.
For Windows update problems:
- Run Windows Update troubleshooter: Run Windows Update troubleshooter from Windows Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
- Restart update service: Restart Windows Update service through Services (services.msc)

- net stop wuauserv
