Striped or blurry printing is usually caused by the following reasons:

  1. Low ink/toner level: Check ink or toner level, replace if necessary.
  2. Print head clogged: Perform print head cleaning (from printer settings).
  3. Paper quality: Using inappropriate paper can cause problems, use quality paper.
  4. Print head misaligned: Perform print head alignment.
  5. Ink cartridge faulty: Remove and clean the cartridge, install new cartridge if necessary.
  6. Printer settings: Set print quality to high in printer settings.
  7. Toner leakage in laser printers: Check toner cartridge, clean if there is leakage.

For program installation problems:

  1. Run as administrator: Right-click installation file and select "Run as administrator"
  2. Check disk space: Check if there is sufficient disk space
  3. Check antivirus software: Antivirus software may be blocking installation, temporarily disable it
  4. Check Windows updates: Make sure all Windows updates are installed
  5. Remove previous version: If there is an old version of the same program, remove it first
  6. Try compatibility mode: Right-click installation file and enable compatibility mode from "Compatibility" tab
  7. Use latest installation file: Download the latest version of the program

If your computer won't turn on, first check the following:

  1. Check power connection: Make sure the power cable is properly connected to both the computer and the outlet.
  2. Check power supply: For desktop computers, make sure the on/off switch on the back of the power supply is on.
  3. Check battery status: If you're using a laptop, try removing the battery and running it only with the adapter.
  4. Check display connection: For desktop computers, make sure the monitor cable is properly connected.
  5. Check RAM and hardware connections: Make sure the RAM and other components inside the computer are properly installed.

If it still doesn't turn on after these checks, there is probably a hardware failure and you need to contact technical service.

For Windows update problems:

  1. Run Windows Update troubleshooter: Run Windows Update troubleshooter from Windows Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
  2. Restart update service: Restart Windows Update service through Services (services.msc)
  3. Clear update cache: Run command prompt as administrator and run these commands:
    • net stop wuauserv
    • net stop cryptSvc
    • net stop bits
    • net stop msiserver
    • ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    • ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
    • net start wuauserv
    • net start cryptSvc
    • net start bits
    • net start msiserver
  4. Check disk space: Sufficient disk space is required for Windows updates (at least 10GB)
  5. Check internet connection: Stable internet connection is required for updates

To increase internet speed:

  1. Run speed test: Measure your actual speed from sites like speedtest.net
  2. Restart modem/router: Renew connection by turning modem off and on
  3. Use wired connection: Get more stable and faster connection by using Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi
  4. Change Wi-Fi channel: Select a less crowded Wi-Fi channel from modem settings
  5. Change modem location: Place modem in a more central location, keep it away from obstacles
  6. Close background programs: Close programs that are downloading or using internet
  7. Change DNS servers: Use Google DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1)
  8. Run virus/malware scan: Malicious software running in background on your computer can slow down speed
