For Wi-Fi connection problems:

  1. Make sure Wi-Fi is on: Check that Wi-Fi button or Fn key combination is active on laptop
  2. Restart modem/router: Turn off modem or router, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on
  3. Update network driver: Update Wi-Fi driver from Device Manager
  4. Reset network connection: Run command prompt as administrator and run these commands:
    • ipconfig /release
    • ipconfig /renew
    • ipconfig /flushdns
  5. Check Wi-Fi password: Make sure password is correct
  6. Check distance: If you're too far from modem/router, try getting closer
  7. Check firewall: Windows Firewall may be blocking Wi-Fi connection

Symptoms of graphics card problems:

  1. Display corruption: Lines, color distortions or pixelation on screen
  2. Black screen: Computer turns on but nothing appears on screen
  3. Game crashes: Games frequently crashing or freezing
  4. Artifacts: Strange shapes or colors appearing on screen
  5. High temperature: Graphics card overheating

Solution suggestions:

  1. Update driver: Download and update graphics card driver from manufacturer's website
  2. Reinstall driver: Remove old driver and install new one
  3. Physical check: Make sure graphics card is properly installed and power cable is connected
  4. Check cooling: Check that graphics card fan is working and there is no dust accumulation
  5. Test: Test graphics card with FurMark or similar tools

To manage Microsoft Office license:

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft account: Sign in with your Microsoft account from office.com.
  2. Services and subscriptions: View your Office license from Your Account > Services and subscriptions section.
  3. Check license type: Check if you have Office 365 (subscription) or Office 2021/2019 (one-time) license.
  4. Check device count: If you're using Office 365, check how many devices it's active on (usually up to 5 devices).
  5. Remove license: To remove license from an old device, remove the device from your Microsoft account.
  6. Install on new device: To install Office on a new device, download from your Microsoft account.

Important: One-time licenses (Office 2021/2019) can only be used on one computer. Office 365 subscriptions can be used on multiple devices.

If your computer won't turn on, first check the following:

  1. Check power connection: Make sure the power cable is properly connected to both the computer and the outlet.
  2. Check power supply: For desktop computers, make sure the on/off switch on the back of the power supply is on.
  3. Check battery status: If you're using a laptop, try removing the battery and running it only with the adapter.
  4. Check display connection: For desktop computers, make sure the monitor cable is properly connected.
  5. Check RAM and hardware connections: Make sure the RAM and other components inside the computer are properly installed.

If it still doesn't turn on after these checks, there is probably a hardware failure and you need to contact technical service.

If the printer is not printing, check the following:

  1. Make sure the printer is on: Check if the power button is lit.
  2. Check paper and ink/toner: Check if the paper tray is full and ink/toner level is sufficient.
  3. Check cable connection: Make sure USB or network cable is properly connected.
  4. Check printer driver: Make sure the printer driver is properly installed in Device Manager.
  5. Clear print queue: Clear the print queue from Printer Settings.
  6. Set printer as default: Set the printer as default printer in Windows.
  7. Restart printer: Turn off and on the printer, if necessary remove and reconnect the power cable.
  8. Reinstall driver: Remove and reinstall the printer driver.
