For program crash problems:

  1. Update program: Make sure you're using the latest version of the program
  2. Update Windows: Install all Windows updates
  3. Update drivers: Especially update graphics card and chipset drivers
  4. Try compatibility mode: Right-click program's .exe file and enable compatibility mode
  5. Reinstall program: Remove and reinstall the program
  6. Check RAM and disk: Check for RAM and disk errors
  7. Antivirus check: Make sure antivirus software is not blocking the program
  8. Check Windows Event Viewer: Check Event Viewer to see error details

Striped or blurry printing is usually caused by the following reasons:

  1. Low ink/toner level: Check ink or toner level, replace if necessary.
  2. Print head clogged: Perform print head cleaning (from printer settings).
  3. Paper quality: Using inappropriate paper can cause problems, use quality paper.
  4. Print head misaligned: Perform print head alignment.
  5. Ink cartridge faulty: Remove and clean the cartridge, install new cartridge if necessary.
  6. Printer settings: Set print quality to high in printer settings.
  7. Toner leakage in laser printers: Check toner cartridge, clean if there is leakage.

For Office activation problems:

  1. Check your Microsoft account: Check that your Microsoft account is correctly signed in from File > Account section in Office application.
  2. Reinstall Office: Completely remove and reinstall Office.
  3. Reset Office license: Run command prompt as administrator and run these commands:
    • cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16" (may vary by Office version)
    • ospp.vbs /act
  4. Check internet connection: Internet connection is required for activation.
  5. Check antivirus software: Antivirus software may be blocking Office activation, temporarily disable it.
  6. Contact Microsoft support: If problem persists, contact Microsoft Office support.

Symptoms of RAM problems:

  1. Blue screen errors: Especially memory-related error codes (0x0000001A, 0x00000050)
  2. Random crashes: Programs or system shutting down unexpectedly
  3. Slow performance: Computer running much slower than normal
  4. Data corruption: Files getting corrupted or not saving

To test RAM:

  1. Run "Windows Memory Diagnostic" tool in Windows
  2. Restart computer and test will run automatically
  3. Check test results

If RAM is faulty, you need to replace the faulty RAM module.

For Wi-Fi connection problems:

  1. Make sure Wi-Fi is on: Check that Wi-Fi button or Fn key combination is active on laptop
  2. Restart modem/router: Turn off modem or router, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on
  3. Update network driver: Update Wi-Fi driver from Device Manager
  4. Reset network connection: Run command prompt as administrator and run these commands:
    • ipconfig /release
    • ipconfig /renew
    • ipconfig /flushdns
  5. Check Wi-Fi password: Make sure password is correct
  6. Check distance: If you're too far from modem/router, try getting closer
  7. Check firewall: Windows Firewall may be blocking Wi-Fi connection
